On behalf of The Institute of Internal Auditors – North Macedonia (IIA North Macedonia), we are pleased to invite you to the professional training “Basel IV and Key Regulatory Changes”, which will be held on 02 June 2026 as a hybrid event, with in‑person participation in Skopje and online attendance available.
This training aims to provide a comprehensive and practical understanding of the Basel IV framework. The program focuses on regulatory objectives, capital implications, internal model constraints, and supervisory expectations, combining regulatory theory with applied, practice‑oriented insights.

Stjepan Anić
CEO, Op2M
Stjepan Anić is a regionally prominent expert in risk management, Basel regulation, risk modelling, and capital optimisation. He has held senior roles in leading banks, including positions as Head of Quantitative Research, Basel II/IRB Project Manager, and Chief Risk Officer (CRO). He is the founder and CEO of Op2M, a specialised consulting firm delivering advisory services, professional training, and tailored solutions to financial institutions across the SEE and CEE regions. He previously chaired the Croatian Chamber of Commerce’s Banking Risk Committee and is widely recognised for his contribution to risk education and regulatory implementation.
